A holiday that suits everyone

We love children, and we equally treasure the chance for all our guests to unwind. Guests who come to stay with us are looking for peace, good food and a proper break from everyday life. As your hosts, it matters enormously to us that everyone feels at home here – families just as much as guests who’ve come for a bit of quiet relaxation.

 

Laughter, fun and happy holiday moments are all part of that, of course. At the same time, we kindly ask everyone to be considerate of one another throughout the hotel – particularly in the dining room, along the corridors, in the spa area and around the bedrooms. Indoors especially, we’d ask you to be mindful of other guests and to avoid unnecessary noise and running about.

 

So that everyone can enjoy their stay, there are a few things we’d like to mention in advance:

Fun & games

For families and children

We want our youngest guests to feel right at home at the Zimba too. That’s why we offer colouring sets for the dining room, children’s books and games to keep little ones happy at the table, a children’s menu, high chairs and children’s bathrobes, among other things.

 

For older children, our games room is on hand with darts, billiards, table football and table tennis, and games consoles can be borrowed to use in your room.

Peace & relaxation

Indoor pool and saunas

The indoor pool at the ZimbaQuelle is there to be enjoyed for guests of all ages as is the textile sauna. Children up to the age of 15 are welcome to relax and unwind here, with an adult present and at a sensible volume.

 

The sauna area is reserved for guests aged 16 and over.

 

Armbands are available to borrow from reception.

Supervision & consideration

Please note

Responsibility for supervising children rests with parents or accompanying adults, not with the hotel team.

 

For safety reasons, running indoors isn’t permitted. In the restaurant in particular, our staff carry hot dishes and crockery, which poses a real risk of injury to children, guests and staff alike.

 

We’d also ask you not to treat the hotel as a playground. Schruns and Tschagguns have plenty of wonderful playgrounds and outdoor spaces to let off steam, which we’re always happy to recommend.

Restaurant & evening quiet

Enjoyment for every generation

When we plan the seating, we do our best to place families so that all our guests feel comfortable. And if things do get a little too lively after a long day out, we’re more than happy to prepare meals for you to take up to your room.

 

You’re very welcome to come back during restaurant hours at any point – after a short stroll in the fresh air, for instance.
