The Montafon valley which stretches from Bludenz to the Silvretta glaciers and the Piz Buin Mountain (3,312 m) provides access to a divers Alpine and high Alpine skiing region.
The valley is one of the most extensive hiking and skiing regions of the Alps. There are several climbing aids at your disposal which bring you to the mountain stations easily and without waiting.
The snow and more than 61 lifts, 219 km of marked descents, including 109 km of blue slopes, 78.5 km of red slopes and 32 km of black slopes, speak for themselves. There are plenty of slopes at each difficulty level, so the ski sports lovers are equally spread on the white landscape so that everybody can wend down the slopes which are prepared each day or curve tracks into the unspoiled deep powder snow.
