Monday · Magic Fondue with Robert
Fondue Chinoise meets an evening of magical moments with magician Robert. An unforgettable start to the Genusswoche.
Tuesday · Mountain breakfast at the Kristberg
We take the mountain railway up to the Kristberg together, where breakfast awaits with fresh mountain air and far-reaching views. Traditional Montafon Brösl and regional specialities, a magnificent mountain panorama and a leisurely walk to follow. The perfect autumn day.
Wednesday · Live music with Franz
After a day spent exactly as you please, whether out in the mountains or relaxing at the ZimbaQuelle, the evening winds down with live music from Franz in our Zimba lounge. With a view of the colourful autumn garden, this is an evening that is welcome to go on just as long as it likes.
Thursday · Bregenzerwald x Bodensee Kulinarium
This evening tells the culinary story of two much-loved home regions. Host Heike brings the Bregenzerwald to life, while head chef Claudius brings Lake Constance to the Montafon. Two regions, one menu, countless moments to savour.
As a Genuss+ option, the Bregenzerwald father-and-son duo Anton and Philipp Lingg accompany the evening with music, Vorarlberg humour and plenty of charm. (€ 25 per person supplement)
Friday · An invitation from our kitchen team
Our kitchen team looks forward to welcoming you personally on Friday evening for a refreshing aperitif and delicious starters. A warm and convivial start to the evening, with a glimpse behind the scenes of the Zimba kitchen.
Saturday · South Tyrolean Törggelen
The closing evening is dedicated entirely to the South Tyrolean roots of the Ladurner family. Chestnuts, Speck and fresh Federweißer open the evening, with Norbert Ladurner from Dorf Tirol near Bolzano setting the musical tone. A traditional South Tyrolean menu follows, with an optional wine pairing from the Bolzano monastery cellar Muri-Gries. (supplement applies)
Sunday · Some goodbyes are harder than others
A week of familiar and new flavours, music and special moments comes to an end all too quickly. Check-out by 10:30 marks not only the end of the stay but also the close of the 2026 summer season at the Zimba. The anticipation for winter 2027, however, will not be far behind.
