Our team of around 30 staff members is dedicated to the well-being of our guests. A good working environment is the basis for an atmosphere that facilitates collaboration, fairness, team spirit and fun. Our large core team attests to the path we've taken. To ensure the future of our skilled employees, we train apprentices in all areas. We're thus able to give young people from the valley the opportunity to make a good start to their careers. For us, this means employees trained to perfection for years to come. Internal discussions and training sessions take place every season. External advanced training seminars are being used a great deal with the apprentices.
An expansion to all employees is taking place on an ongoing basis. The satisfaction of our guests is a great motivation for our whole team. Our employees are a very important factor in meeting the high quality and performance expectations of the future – also heaps better for our employees.

The training of motivated apprentices also is a high priority at Hotel Zimba – it's not for nothing that we became an award-winning apprenticeship company in 2019
Starting in December, we're staffing up:
- Sous chef/entremetier
4–6 days per week
- Breakfast cook
5 days per week
5 days per week and with particularly good local knowledge;
- Service specialist
3–5 days a week
